Keep Your Hair Healthy with Dry Shampoo
The Key to Healthy Hair
Is your hair curly or straight? Is it naturally oily or dry? Do you dye your hair? Does it take long to dry and style?
While we all use shampoo and other products to keep our hair healthy and clean, things like how often to wash you hair and what type of hair care products to use depends on your unique hair type.
For hair that look and feels its best, you should try not to wash it everyday, as it can dry out your hair and scalp. Not to mention how damaging blow-drying is for your hair! Most experts recommend washing your hair only once every three days.
So how do you keep your hair clean between washes?
Using Dry Shampoo
Dry shampoo can be a complete game-changer to your hair care routine! It’s super handy if you’re in a rush and you don’t have time to wash and style your hair. It’s a great ‘friend’ to have in your personal care arsenal when the demand of our fast-paced lives gets the best of our time.
It’s also wise to be aware of the kinds of products you’re using and to use dry shampoo in moderation as it’s obviously important to properly wash and cleanse your scalp between dry shampoos.
Use a natural dry shampoo that would be ideal as the ingredients will likely be much more gentle on your hair and scalp.
Here are some brands I’ve been experimenting with that have done the job of keeping my scalp happy and healthy while I’m rocking out unwashed hair for a few days (lol).
